3 or 4 doses per day: every 7 days

How to I get the dispenser refilled?

Each dispenser comes with a spare tray and a tray cover. We recommend that Pharmacies fill the spare tray and swap it with the empty tray from the dispenser every 7, 14, or 28 days.

The dispenser is designed to make the batteries last for almost a year in normal use. When the batteries are at 20% full, the dispenser shows a message on the screen to alert users and caregivers to replace the batteries.

This feature could be customized in the dispenser settings based on the medications being taken. The shutter will lock if medication is not dispensed within the programmed alarm time set by the ‘AFTER’ time. This time can be set from 5 minutes to 5 hours. This function eliminates the possibility of the user taking two doses within a short time and thereby potentially double-dosing.
